I am so glad to find you here and hope you will join me on my journey through the art world. I will tell you a bit more about me so you can get to know the person and the thoughts behind my art.
Artistic Statement
I am a multi-cultural abstract art painter based in Valencia, Spain. I use colors, forms, textures and figurative human shapes to express the emotions and feelings that people have at different stages in their life. Utilizing different media as acrylics, watercolors, oils, and texture techniques, I evoke different states of emotions.
Stories that touch me as well as my own experiences serve as inspiration for my paintings. The paintings transmit a state of complex emotions, such as joy, inspiration, creativity, and enthusiasm, but also deception, hopelessness, anger, or loneliness.
I want to capture the energy of a momentum in my paintings and eternize it so that viewers can absorb the strength of the painting and transfer that energy to their own lives and decisions.
About me
From a very young age, I had the opportunity to get to know various cultures at close quarters, which has greatly influenced my artistic mentality.
Born in Kazakhstan in 1989 and raised in Germany, it was my desire to move to Spain since a young age.
I found inspiration in the art of Salvador Dali and Van Gogh. Later I expanded to the world of abstract artists such as Kandinsky and Pollok.
As for many people from a modest background, I was encouraged to pursue a save and practical job. In my family the artistic way was never considered a realistic possibility for a living.
Therefore I decided to complete my bachelor's degree in Business Administration in Germany and finish my master's degree in Economics in Spain.
After several years working in the automotive sector, in 2021 I moved with my husband and daughter to the city of Valencia, where I worked as a sales manager.
While having a job and beeing a mother I never stopped developing my art expertise through art courses, art fairs, model drawing, museums, and exhibitions. I was continually developing and perfecting my art techniques.
In 2017, two of my works were featured in the 5th edition of Spain's New Artists Collection "Flamantes".
But it was not until 2023 that I decided to take my passion seriously and change my life.
My desire is to create art to find strength in, as well as pursue the passion of expressing the huge range of emotions and the beauty of the human body combined in abstract ways.
After a profound period of depression triggered by a huge abyss in my soul, I sensed a profound meaninglessness in dedicating my entire existence to professions that do not fulfill me, merely because it was deemed a "secure job."
It was then that I started to actively participate in the art world and take my career to a professional level. I started collaborating with galleries, exhibiting at art fairs and opened my first online store.
For the future, I plan to grow my artistic career to gain recognition and rise as an artist of creative value and recognized figure in the art world.
